Have you tried Fufu with Banga soup mixed with fish, snail, meat and other accessories (that’s my name for crayfish, crabs, cow skin, etc.)

You won’t regret it. Visit the nearest Nigerian kitchen in your vicinity.

Another option will be pounded yam and egusi stew. I prefer Efo (vegetable) stew.
