If you want to increase web traffic, you need a mixture of high quality content and good SEO practices.

You should also pay more attention to your headlines. Headlines are one of the most important parts of your content. Without a compelling headline, even the most comprehensive blog post will go unread. Master the art of headline writing. Write irresistible headlines.

Also, focus on log tail keywords. Make sure your posts include all the relevant terms and phrases related to your topic. This will make it easy to appear in searches.

Pay attention to link building within your site. When you write a post, ensure that you mention other posts your readers may find helpful. Use words like “Read also, You might also like, What others are reading, etc.” This is good for SEO at it increase the time visitors spend on your site.

Do you want pay to get paid traffic or utilize unpaid traffic?

Paid traffic is one of the fastest ways to drive traffic. Only problem is that it costs you money. Many Nigerian bloggers use page traffic to drive traffic to their sites.

Facebook is one of my favorite. With just $1(about N200), you can drive targeted traffic to your site. And from experience, when a lot of people visit your site from some of these paid channels, you naturally rise in search ranking.

In addition to what others have said, it is also important to learn how to write well.

Learn to write content that people want and try to avoid grammatical errors as much as possible. People want answers to their solutions. Write well and give it to them.

Writing well will take some time. I am still learning. But once your content is awesome, your visitors will love you, Google will love you, and more people will find you.
